Simulate hundredsscenarios on your company
Simdots simulates a shock on your business, a tariff, a war, a closed strait, and returns the next moves: prices, banks, stock, suppliers and purchasing. Thousands of simulations, in about two seconds.
Tariffs, sanctions and shipping disruptions can change a company's costs within days. Most small manufacturers have no model of their supply chain, so they decide from experience.
“By nose.”
No data, and no view beyond its direct suppliers.
“By feel.”
The data exists, but nobody has time to analyse it.
“Ask a consultant.”
It pays a consultant and waits weeks for an answer.
Map your company.
Add suppliers, plants, transport routes and costs, or import them from a CSV. A template gets you started in about ten minutes, and more detail gives more accurate results.

See the impact.
Simdots runs thousands of Monte Carlo simulations using OECD input-output tables, trade data and shipping routes. You get the most likely impact on margin and the worst cases.

Compare the options.
Each option, such as raising a price or changing supplier, is simulated against the same scenario and sorted by how much margin it saves.

What you can do about it.
Simdots tests four kinds of decision against the same scenario and sorts them by the margin they protect.
- 01 / Prices
Change prices
Which prices to raise, and by how much.
- 02 / Stock
Adjust stock
How much to hold, and for how long.
- 03 / Suppliers
Change supplier
Alternative suppliers and their total cost, including duties and lead times.
- 04 / Purchasing
Fix input prices
Whether to agree prices on raw materials now or wait.

How Simdots compares.
Enterprise risk platforms usually take months to set up. Trade-data providers sell data rather than analysis, and consultants charge per project. Simdots is self-service.

Yes. Open the app and start mapping a chain, no signup, no seat licence, no card required.

No. The full trade model, routing, input-output shock modelling, compliance screening, compiles to WebAssembly and runs entirely client-side. Nothing you map is sent to a server.
What data sources does Simdots use?
OECD input-output tables, World Bank tariff and governance data, IMF PortWatch vessel-traffic data, FRED commodity and energy prices, OFAC/EU/UN/UFLPA sanctions lists, GDACS disaster alerts, SEC EDGAR filings and GLEIF entity data, among other public sources.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Simdots runs in any modern browser that supports WebAssembly and JavaScript, there is nothing to install.
